Draft Agenda:

  1. Welcome & Introductions

  2. Approval of Agenda + Meeting Minutes from 2024 AGM

  3. Association Updates - Advocacy, Builder Developer Advisory Group, STAG, Membership, Events 

  4. Finance Report: YE Financials 2023/2024, 2025 Fiscal Events Review & 2026 Financial Outlook
    Financials will be presented for review, and member approval.

  5. Slate of Directors - Motion to accept the Draft Slate of Directors as presented for the 2025/2026 Board of Directors.  Slate will include any nominations received in advance and also ask for nominations from the floor. 

  6. 2025/2026 Appointment of Accounting Firm
    A motion will be put forward to appoint the QHBA's accounting firm of choice for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.

  7. Adjournment

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Nomination forms can be found here. The full package will be sent to all registered members in good standing, once available. If you cannot attend, we encourage you to complete a proxy form.  Information on Proxy and the forms can be found here.
