This relaxed, hands-on learning session focuses on how to read your dough so you can understand what’s happening at every stage of fermentation.

Watch structure develop in real time, see shaping techniques in action, and learn the difference between under-proofed and properly fermented dough. You’ll leave with the confidence to troubleshoot your own loaves at home.

No experience needed; just come curious.

Starter jars will be available for purchase for anyone ready to begin their sourdough journey.
