Annual Meeting Members - January 21, 2025. This meeting is an important opportunity for members to review the financials for our Association. Please note: this is a members only meeting and guests are not permitted.

Agenda:

1. Introductions & 2024 Fiscal Events Review 

2. YE Financials 2022 and 2023 + 2024 Fiscal Events Review & 2025 Financial Outlook
   Financials will be presented for review, and member approval.

3. 2024/2025 Appointment of Accounting Firm
   A motion will be put forward to appoint the QHBA's accounting firm of choice for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.
