Annual Meeting Members - December 10, 2024. This meeting is an important opportunity for members to review the updated by-laws and financials for our Association. Please note: this is a members only meeting and guests are not permitted.

• Zoom link to be provided to registered member participants following registration. 

Agenda:

1. YE Financials 2022 and 2023, 2024 Fiscal Events Review & 2025 Financial Outlook
   Financials will be presented for review, and member approval.

2. By-Law Inclusions - ONCA (Ontario Not for Profit Corporations Act) compliance updates + Member in Good Standing Clause
   A resolution regarding the updated QHBA by-law inclusions to form the final by-laws will be presented for review and approval. 

3. 2024/2025 Appointment of Accounting Firm
   A motion will be put forward to appoint the QHBA's accounting firm of choice for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The full package will be sent to all registered members once available. If you cannot attend, we encourage you to complete a proxy form.  Form will be emailed to all members in good standing.
