About

Serving the Quinte Area Since 1989

The company founder, David Davis started his construction company in 1989 because he saw a need for quality built homes at prices people could afford. Davis New Homes is a second generation company choosing to remain a family oriented business to ensure “quality first” is the primary objective. As the company grew and responded to market needs, it became clear that Davis New Homes could increase their competitive edge by not only building but also developing their lands and thus maintain complete care of workmanship and community lifestyle.
