Member Experience & Operations Administrator

Full-Time | Bay of Quinte Region

Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and energized by working behind the scenes to make great things happen? The Quinte Home Builders’ Association is seeking a full-time Member Experience & Operations Administrator to support our growing organization, our members, and our industry-leading events.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. From event administration and membership services to social media support and financial coordination, this role touches every part of the Association. You will work closely with the CEO, support the Board of Directors, and play a key role in delivering value to our members.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the administration of QHBA events, meetings, and programs
• Manage member management platform including records, renewals, and member communications
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
• Assist with invoicing, tracking, and basic financial administration
• Support social media posting and digital communications
• Assist in coordinating meeting materials and provide governance support to the CEO
• Keep operational systems accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative and coordination experience
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and online tools
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence
• Experience in events, associations, or non-profits is an asset
• Social media or basic financial administration experience is an asset
