1. Welcome & Introductions

2. Approval of Agenda + Meeting Minutes from 2024 AGM

3. Association Updates - Advocacy, Builder Developer Advisory Group, STAG, Membership, Events 

4. Finance Report: YE Financials 2023/2024, 2025 Fiscal Events Review & 2026 Financial Outlook
   Financials will be presented for review, and member approval.

5. Slate of Directors - Motion to accept the Draft Slate of Directors as presented for the 2025/2026 Board of Directors.  Slate will include any nominations received in advance and also ask for nominations from the floor. 

6. 2025/2026 Appointment of Accounting Firm
   A motion will be put forward to appoint the QHBA's accounting firm of choice for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.
